Abstract

Již více než dva roky mohou čeští žadatelé získávat a čerpat dotace ze strukturálních fondů v rámci sedmi operačních programů. Na sklonku zkráceného období nadešel čas se podívat na aktuální stav jednotlivých programů a podrobněji se zaměřit na ty nejúspěšnější a naopak nejméně úspěšná opatření. Přes poměrně dynamický trend nastartovaný v průběhu roku 2006 lze však předpokládat, že zpoždění, k němuž u některých programů docházelo jak na straně implementačních struktur, tak i žadatelů, nebude zcela dohnáno, a může tudíž hrozit vracení prostředků zpět do Bruselu.

Abstract (in English)

Czech applicants are more than two years eligible for the support from Structural Funds in seven Operational Programmes. At the end of the period 2004-2006, the analysis of the most successful measures and those with lack of progress. Despite the dynamic trends that begun in the year 2006, it is predicted that the delay caused by implementation bodies as well as applicants will cause any additional delays and there is a real threat of returning a part of allocation back to the Brusells.
