Monografie se zabývá společnou obchodní politikou ES (EU), a to nejen z hlediska pravomocí ES, ale zejména jejího obsahu. Rozebírá činnost jednotlivých komunitárních institucí, celní unii, autonomní a smluvní nástroje společné obchodní politiky, vztahu ES a WTO včetně postavení práva WTO v komunitárním právu.

The present monography deals with the Common Commercial Policy of the EC (EU), not only from the point of view of the EC competencies, but also of its substance. It gives an analyse of activities of different EC institutions, customs union, autonomous and conventional measures of the Common Commercial Policy and the relation between EC and WTO including the position of WTO law in the system of the Community law.
