Abstract

Vesikulární lékové formy jako liposomy a niosomy přinesly významný pokrok v lékařských oborech využívajících topickou aplikaci. V transdermálních terapeutických systémech (TTS) se využívají též proliposomy a proniosomy. Vesikulární systémy pronikají do kůže transcelulárními a intercelulárními cestami, ale též kožními adnexy jako jsou vlasové folikuly, mazové žlázy a potní žlázy. Liposomální formy zvyšují schopnost látky penetrovat do Stratum corneum (“enhancement") a prodlužují i retenci neboli akumulaci léčiva v této vrstvě. Přípravky Viotromb spray/gel a Prontoflex 10% jsou popsány jako příklady využití liposomů a jejich membránových komponent v topické léčbě.

Abstract (in English)

Vesicular drug dosage forms like liposomes and niosomes ment a substantial progress in medical disciplines utilizing topical application. In the transdermal therapeutic systems (TTS) there are utilized also proliposomes and proniosomes. They cross the skin via transcellular and intercellular pathways, but also through skin appendages such as hair follicles, sebaceous glands and eccrine sweat ducts. Liposomal forms increase the drug potency to penetrate into the Stratum corneum (“enhancement") and prolonge retention (accumulation) of the drug in this layer. Viotromb Spray/Gel and Prontoflex 10% were described as examples for utilisation of liposomes and their membrane components in the topical drug therapy.
