Abstract
Cannabidiol referred as a potential anxiolytic and antidepressant agent was tested in the mouse models of social defeat and the bilateral olfactory bulbectomy for its antidepressant activity. The behavioural data received in both behavioural tests can support more likely cannabidiol potential anxiolytic than antidepressant-like activity. Cannabidiol significantly disinhibited the suppressed phagocytosis of leukocytes in the OB mice, which resembles effects of the antidepressants in this animal models.

Canabidiol, u kterého se předpokládá anxiolytický a antidepresivní účinek, byl testován ve dvou myších modelech deprese - modele sociální porážky a bilaterální olfaktorické bulbektomie. Získaná behaviorální data nepotvrdily antidepresivní aktivitu testované látky, a svědčí spíše pro anxiolytický účinek kanabidiolu.
