The presented method allows to determine concentration of both markers of metabolic activity of CYP1A and CYP2C (phenacetine and tolbutamide) and their metabolites paracetamol and 4-hydroxytolbutamide in rat liver perfusate, respectively. This method is suitable for modeling and description of possible pharmacological interactions on isoforms CYP1A2 and CYP2C6 in rat.

Metoda umožňuje současně stanovit 2 markery metabolické aktivity CYP1A2 a CYP29 (fenacetin a tolbutamid), respektive současně i jejich metabolity (paracetamol, hydroxytolbutamid) v perfuzním mediu. Metoda je vhodná pro popis a modelování farmakokinetických interakcí na potkaních isoformách CYP1A2 a 2C9 cytochromu P450.
