Abstract
Cílem studie bylo zjistit vyriabilitu kmenů Borrelia burgdorferi sensu lato vyskytujících se na lokalitě Brno-Pisárky. Bylo nasbíráno 3118 klíšťat a po kultivaci DFM pozitivních vzorků získáno 31 izolátů následujících subspecies: 10x Borrelia afzelii, 14x Borrelia garinii, 1x Borrelia burgdorferi sensu stricto, 2x Borrelia valaisiana, 2x směsná infekce B. garinii + B. afzelii, 1x směsná infekce B. garinii + Bbss. U dvou neznámých vzorků byla provedena sekvenace části genu pro bičíkový protein flagellin a 16s rRNA. U genu pro flagellin byla výsledkem 96% shoda s B. valaisiana a B. tanukii. U 16s rRNA vyšla 98% shoda pro B. valaisiana, částečná shoda pro B. tanukii, B. afzelii a B. spielmani.
Abstract (in English)
Aim of the study was to find the variability of Borrelia burgdorefi sensu lato strains occuring in locality Brno-Pisárky. A total of 3118 ticks were collected and after cultivation of DFM positive samples we obtained 31 isolates of the following subspecices: 10x Borrelia afzelii, 14x Borrelia garinii, 1x Borrelia burgdorferi sensu stricto, 2x Borrelia valaisiana, 2x mixed infection B. garinii + B. afzelii, 1x mixed infection B. garinii + Bbss. Sequenation of the part of flagellin gene and 16s rRNA of two unknown samples was made. For flagellin gene 96% congruency with B. valaisiana and B. tanukii was found. For 16s rRNA 98% congruency with B. valaisiana and particularly with B. tanukii, B. afzelii and B. spielmani was found.
