Z oboru cytogenetika byla vybrána tři praktická cvičení, která byla modifikována pro výuku budoucích učitelů 2. stupně ZŠ v kombinacích předmětů: biologie, rodinná výchova a výchova ke zdraví, speciální pedagogika a chemie. První cvičení je věnováno klasifikaci lidských chromozomů, druhé se zaměřuje na sestavení normálního karyotypu. Ve třetím jsou probírány nejčastější chromozomální aberace a jejich příčiny.

Three practical exercises were chosen from the discipline cytogenetics. They were modified for teachers training for the 2nd grade of basic school in the following combinations: biology, family education and health education, special education and chemistry. The first exercise deals with classification of human chromosomes, the second aims at construction of normal karyotype. The third concerns with the most common chromosomal aberrations and their causes.
