Abstract
In the study we tried to identify among several sediment characteristics the one with the greatest influence on the invertebrate community composition, i.e. the factor which explains the major part of community data variance in partial CCA.

V této studii jsme se pokusili mezi několika charakteristikami velikostního složení sedimentu nalézt tu s největším vlivem na složení společnstva bezobratlých, tzn. tu, která vysvětluje největší část variability v parciální CC analýze.
