Abstract
Článek shrnuje metody používané k odběru meiobentosu v různých typech substrátu. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována metodě freeze-coring, která je vhodná pro kvantitativní odběry ve štěrkových sedimentech.
Abstract (in English)
The paper summarizes methods used for sampling meiobenthos in various subbtrates. Special attention is given to freeze-coring method, which has been proved reliable for quantitative sampling in gravel sediments.
