Abstract
Changing the role of teacher is characteristic and important part of adaptation of the school for educational activity, realised by other educational form, alternative present (face to face) form of teaching. For many pedagogues, including university teachers, this change represents the real problem and requires to changing of attitude towards the pedagogy process and to pass through special training.

Změna role učitele je charakteristická a důležitá pro přizpůsobení výukových aktivit na jiné forem výuky, alternativní formy výuky tváří v tvář. Pro mnoho pedagogů, včetně univerzitních učitelů, tato změna představuje reálný problém a vyžaduje změnu postoje k pedagogickému procesu prostřednictvím specielních školení.
