Abstract
Depth Sensing Indentation is a new method of thin films characterisation. The advantage of the method is discussed in somparison with classical Vickers hardness method.
Abstract (in Czech)
Instrumentovaná tvrdost patří k velmi perspektivním metodám, umožňujícím charakterizovat nano- a mikrotvrdost tenkých vrstev. V příspěvku je konfrontována s klasickou Vickersovou zkouškou.
