Abstract

Referenční příručka vytváří základy pro efektivní práci s oblastí liských zdrojů na úrovni Evropské unie, jednotlivých členských států, ale i regionů. Pro pochopení fungování této oblasti je důležité znát především klíčové procesy a dokumenty. Bez znalosti těchto procesů dnes není možné realizovat systematickou politiku v oblasti lidských zdrojů na úrovni národní či regionální. Příručka plně využívá potenciálu, který dnes přináší síť internet a snadnou formou čtenářům umožní dohledat celá znění dokumentů či procesů, které jsou v knize stručně popsány. V případě zájmu tak umožní čtenáři dohledat veškeré souvislosti mezi děním v oblasti politiky vzdělávání na úrovni evropské a národní či zjistit jaké jsou nejdůležitější opatření v oblasti mobility pracovní síly v členských zemích Evropské unie.

Abstract (in English)

This reference manual creates basis for effective work with the human resources development area on the European Union as well as national and regional levels. For full understanding of this field is essential to be aware of framework documents and process. Currently without appropriate knowledge it is practically impossible to realize systematic policy in the human resources area on the national or regional level. Reference manual fully use potential of todays internet network and through easy form it enables every reader to find whole text of document or process that is being shortly described in the book. If a reader is interested manual provides enough information to track down relevant processes within the education policies on European and national level or to describe the most important measures concerning the workers mobility in the European Union member states.
