Nízkoenergetickým a pasivním domům patří budoucnost, přesto jejich podíl na nové výstavbě je prakticky zanedbatelný. Za hlavní příčinu tohoto neutěšeného stavu lze považovat dosavadní divergenci akademického výzkumu o nízkoenergetickém stavění a stavební praxe. |

The excellent insulation of the non-transparent part of the building envelope is the most important property of the passive house. Unfortunately a standard building sys-tem for such building envelope is still missing and thus, every building of the passive house is more or less a pioneering work. This seems to be the largest hindrance for the passive houses to get generally acceptable. In the presentation a new system of the building envelope of the passive houses is presented. It is based on the wooden skeleton forming automatically sufficiently large (e.g. 40 cm thick) cavity for mineral wool – the most cost-effective insulation. The au-thors tried out, that the production of the wooden skeleton is easy and cheap. The new building system may help to the general acceptance of the passive housing. |
