Abstract

Studie se zabývá problematikou e-learningu, kterou nahlíží z několika perspektiv. Pozornost je věnována jak východiskům e-learningu – oblasti pedagogicko-didaktické a oblasti technologické, tak i vymezení dvou klíčových pojmů – e-learning a blended learning. Zmíněna je rovněž oblast školské politiky na národní i mezinárodní úrovni, protože ta vytváří široký rámec nejenom pro současné aktivity, ale i pro budoucí rozvoj e-learningu. Na silné a slabé stránky e-learningu se orientuje poslední část, která naznačuje možné cesty rozvoje i případné bariéry v používání ICT ve vzdělávání. V rámci studie je rovněž poukazováno na některé možné oblasti pedagogického výzkumu.

Abstract (in English)

The article is concerned with the theme of e-learning, which it approaches from a number of different perspectives. It considers both the starting-points of e-learning - the educational-didactic field and the technological field, and the definition of the two key terms - e-learning and blended learning. It also looks at educational policy at the national and international level, because it is that creates the broad framework not only for current activities but also for the future development of e-learning. The final section deals with the strong and weak sides of e-learning, indicating potential barriers to the use of ICT in education. The article likewise refers to several possible fields of educational research.
