Abstract
Jsou uvedeny perspektivy současného výzkumu v biofyzice. Výzkum buněčného jádra, chromatinu, chromosomových aberací, měření fyzikálních vlastností jednotlivých molekul DNA, použití nanotechnologií v molekulární biologii, biofyzice a v lékařských implantátech, umělá sítnice. Je zmíněna i výuka biofyziky v ČR a na Slovensku.
Abstract (in English)
Perspectives of contemporary research in biophysics are presented. Investigation of cell nucleus, chromatine, chrom,osome aberations, measurement of physical properties of single DNA molecules, application of nanotechnologies in molecular biology, biophysics and medical implants, artificial retina. Teaching of biophysics in the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic is mentioned.
