Abstract
The paper presents biophysical characteristics of transient outward potassium current (IKto) obtained from experiments on isolated rat ventricular cardiomyocytes. Based on these data a quantitative model of rat IKto-channel was designed.

Práce popisuje biofyzikální charakteristiky přechodného draslíkového proudu z buňky (IKto) získané z experimentů na srdečních komorových buňkách potkana. Získané charakteristiky byly použity pro sestavení matematického modelu funkce IKto-kanálu.
