Abstract
Aplikace modeluje v reálném čase uživatelem řízenou interakci dvou molekul (založenou na LJ a elektrostatickém potenciálu), a poskytuje vedle vizualizace i silovou zpětnou vazbu -- uživatel cítí sílu, která je potřebná k manipulaci s pohyblivou molekulou.
Abstract (in English)
The application provides user-driven interaction of two molecules, based on LJ and electrostatic potentials. Besides visualization of the process force feedback is also provided -- the user feels the force required to do a particular manipulation.
