Abstract
A new procedure is proposed to estimate the rate constants related to the interaction of channels responsible for cardiac transient outward current with drugs that bind to the receptor in open channel state. Its correctness is verified by simulations on a quantitative model of drug-channel interaction.

V článku je popsán nový způsob stanovení rychlostních konstant interakce kanálů pro přechodný proud z buňky (Ito) s blokátory s vazbou k receptoru v otevřeném stavu kanálu. Oprávněnost a přesnost metody je ověřena simulacemi na kvantitativním modelu interakce látky s kanálem
