Abstract
NMR parameters were determined for series of purine derivatives. Emphasis was put onto changes in chemical shifts and coupling constants induced by substitution. Solution as well as solid state NMR measurements were performed. DFT calculations of NMR parameters were carried out and compared to experiment.

Pro sérii purinových derivátů byly naměřeny chemické posuny a interakční konstanty s cílem sledovat jejich změny vlivem substituce. Měření byla prováděna v roztoku i v pevné fázi a doplněna kvantově chemickými výpočty.
