Abstract
Wide ranges of growth yield on sulfur and maximum sulfur oxidation rate of an Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans strain were observed in 73 batch cultures. No significant correlation between the constants was observed. Changes of the Michaelis constant for sulfur in resting cells were also noted.
Abstract (in Czech)
Byla demonstrována značná variabilita vybraných kinetických konstant v bakteriální oxidaci síry. Mezi konstantami nebyla nalezena žádná významná korelace.
