Abstract
Abstract (in English)
Acne is a multifactorial disease affecting the pilosebaceous unit. In the etiopathogenesis are involved: the sebum hyperproduction, keratin retention in the sebaceous glands ducts, Propionibacterium acnes presence and secondary inflammation. The current therapy prefers to be aimed to all basic factors of etiopathogenesis.
