TY - JOUR ID - 719340 AU - Mareš, Petr PY - 2006 TI - Pojetí konceptu sociálního vyloučení a sociálního začleňování v akademickém diskurzu a ve veřejně politické agendě JF - Studie CESES VL - 4 IS - 3 SP - 5-26 EP - 5-26 PB - CESES - Centrum ekonomických a sociálníc SN - 18011640 KW - social exclusion;social inclusion;social policy;discourse N2 - V diskursu exekutivy Evropské unie a souběžně i v akademickém diskursu evropských soci-álních věd se etablovaly v posledních desetiletích koncepty jako sociální exkluze, sociální inkluze a sociální (popřípadě kulturní) koheze/soudržnost. Tyto koncepty zřetelně ovlivňují ideologii i praxi sociální politiky Evropské unie a tím též, byť v různé míře, ideologii i praxi sociální politiky jednotlivých zemí Evropské unie – včetně České republiky. Používání těchto konceptů je založeno na přesvědčení, že vedle klasického problému verti-kálních nerovností se dnes ve společnosti objevuje stále naléhavěji problém nerovností a disproporcí horizontálních, jež ohrožují její existenci stejnou měrou, ne-li více, jako dříve nerovnosti vertikální (třídní).
