Původ dopravních nehod spočívá v selhání některého z prvků dopravního systému. Tento systém tvoří jeho aktivní i pasivní účastníci včetně dětí, a dopravní prostředí, v němž se mobilita realizuje.Jedním z účinných nástrojů prevence dopravních nehod dětí na školách 1., 2. a 3. stupně je komplexní systém dopravní výchovy.

The fundamental ground of the traffic accidents consits in the failure of some elements of traffic system. This system has been constituted by the active and passive participants, incl. children in traffic milieu of the realization of this mobility. One of the most efficient instruments for the prevention of traffic accidents of pupils of the schools of 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree is a complex system of traffic education.
