Abstract
Our work was concentrated on the presence of spirochaetes in mosquito larvae. We also found borreliae in them, but the infection rate was very low (0,5 %), while the spirochaetal infection was very high (13 %). The question is, which other spirochaetes occur in ticks.
Abstract (in Czech)
V naší práci jsme se soustředili na zjišťování přítomnosti spirochet v larvách komárů. V klíšťatech jsme našli borrelie, ale pouze v malé míře (0,5 %), zatímco počet klíšťat pozitivních na přítomnost spirochet obecně byl vysoký (13 %). Otázkou je, jaké další druhy spirochet se vyskytují u klíšťat.
