Abstract
Small rodents were trapped in three localities of Moravian region in the Czech Republic and examined for the presence of antibodies to Borrelia afzelii. We found 13,1% whole positivity. The only one positive species was Apodemus flavicollis (yellow-necked mouse) with the positivity of 14,2 %. We also found significant differences between localities

Na třech lokalitách v moravské části České republiky byly odchytáváni drobní hlodavci a vyšetřováni na přítomnost protilátek proti Borrelia afzelii. Zjistitli jsem celkovou pozitivitu 13,1 %. Jediným séropozitivním druhem byl Apodemus flavicollis (myšice lesní) s pozitivitou 14,2 %. Také jsme zjistili významný rozdíl mezi lokalitami.
