The Doerner and Nix and Oliver and Pharr methods were used to analyse the loading - unloading dependences, measured by the FISCHERSCOPE H100 tester, using a Vickers indenter. Nanoindenter XP indentation system equipped with continuous stiffness measuremet head was used in the load range from 0,1 to 10 N.
