Abstract
Laser induced fluorescence (LIF) detection is invaluable especially for unparalleled sensitivity; LIF detector combined with a micro column separation method can be used to detect extremely low amounts of fluorescent analytes, in some cases at single molecule level. Diferent methods of detection in CE LIF (indirect detection, derivatization,..) are summarized.

CE LIF dosahuje vysoké citlivosti a selektivity a lze ji využít pro stanovení biomolekul jako jsou aminokyseliny, peptidy nebo proteiny. Tato práce shrnuje různé druhy detekce používané v CE LIF jako napaříklad nepřímou detekci, derivatizaci biomolekul aj.
