Abstract
V práci byla sledována akumulace vybraných těžkých kovů biomasou vodního květu Brněnské přehradní nádrže. Pro stanovení As, Cd a Pb byla použita technika ICP-MS, pro stanovení Hg analyzátor AMA-254. U As byla sledována také metabolizace a prokázána biomathylace.
Abstract (in English)
Acumulation of selected heavy metals by water bloom of Brno reservoir was studied in this work. For determination of As, Cd and Pb, ICP-MS was employed. Mercury was determined using AMA-254 analyser. For As, metabolisation was studied as well and biomethylation of As was found.
