Abstract

The need to organize payments for various paid-for services (such as accommodation, catering, etc.) provided by a university to individual people (students, staff, or external people) belongs to the challenges to efficient e-administration. The paper presents an in-house developed information system in which individual claims for provided services are centrally collected, and aggregate payments for these claims organized on a highly automated basis. The system architecture as well as selected implementation details are described, together with the experience from running the system for several years.

Potřeba organizovat platby za různé placené služby (jako jsou ubytování, stravování apod.) poskytované univerzitou jednotlivým lidem (studentům, zaměstnancům i externistům) představuje výzvu pro efektivní řešení nástroji e-administrativy. Článek představuje doma vyvinutý informační systém, v němž jsou centrálně shromažďovány jednotlivé pohledávky za poskytnuté služby a organizovány agregované platby za tyto pohledávky, maximálně automatizovanými způsoby. Článek popisuje architekturu systému a vybrané implementační detaily, a uvádí také zkušenosti s několikaletým provozem.
