Abstract
Toxicity of the anti-tumour drug, Gefitinib, has been followed up in a multi-center study of non-small cell lung cancer and correlated with patients' survival. The results in the Czech leg of the study have suggested a significant correlation.
Abstract (in Czech)
Byla sledována toxicita Gefitinibu a prováděna její korelace s přežitím nemocných s nemalobuněčným karcinomem plic. Výsledky naznačují existenci korelace mezi toxicitou léku a přežitím nemocných.
