Abstract
Cílem studie je analýza vývoje regulace a deregulace v Polsku a na Slovensku v období let 1990-2006, postihnutí hlavních vývojových trendů v této oblasti a analýza vývoje jak celkové výše regulace, tak její kvality. Dále zhodnocení vlivu regulace na konkurenční schopnost obou ekonomik, tedy schopnost polské a slovenské ekonomiky dosahovat dlouhodobě udržitelného ekonomického růstu a zvyšovat ekonomickou úroveň v podmínkách vnitřní a vnější rovnováhy.
Abstract (in English)
The main goal of this paper is to analyze the regulation and deregulation development in Poland and the Slovak Republic in the period 1990-2006, capture the main development trends in this area and evolution of regulation volume as well as its quality. Then the influence of the volume of regulation and regulatory quality on Polish and Slovak competitiveness is considered, i.e. the ability of these economies to achieve the sustainable economic growth in the terms of internal and external balance.
