Proces evropeizace se zásadním způsobem projevuje i v evropeizaci práva, a to nejen implementací evropského práva, ale i evropeizací pramenů práva, konceptu lidských práv a právního státu, interpretace práva, judiciální činnosti, právních postupů a metod a v konečné instanci i ve způsobu právního myšlení.

Globalisation trends all over the world also comprise the process of Europeanization. The process of Europeanization is also essentially reflected in the Europeanization of law not only by means of implementing European law but also by means of the Europeanization of the legal sources, concept of human rights and law-governed state, interpretation of law, judicial activities, legal procedures and methods, and finally even by means of the ways of legal thinking and reasoning.
