Abstract
The behavioural part of experiment showed stimulatory influence of methamphetamine (Met) after the acute administration and initiation of sensitization to Met after repeated treatment. Real-time PCR results showed increased CB1 mRNA expression after Met first dose followed by decrease in CB1 mRNA expression after the last dose of repeated treatment.
