Abstract |

The evaluation of the ability to suppress systolic blood pressure variability (SBPv) around 0.1 Hz by baroreflex determined as BRS (ms/mmHg) and BRSf (mHz/mmHg) was the aim of the present study. The multiple regression analysis revealed that for evaluation of the ability to suppress the SBPv the cardiac interval independent BRSf is a better indicator. |

Cílem studie bylo hodnocení účinnosti baroreflexu určeného jako BRS (ms/mmHg) a BRSf (mHz/mmHg) potlačit variabilitu v systolickém krevním tlaku (SBPv) při frekvenci 0.1 Hz. Multiregresní analýza ukázala, že index BRSf, který je nezávislý na srdečním intervalu, je lepším indikátorem barorereflexního potlačení SBPv. |
