Abstract
Considering of possibilities how to get protein based on bioinformatic genom analysis. Rhodaneses of Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans has been taken as an example, where succesful preparation of protein was performed.

Příspěvek hodnotí přístupy použitelné při snaze získat protein na základě bioinformatického studia genomu. Jako příklad úspěšné přípravy proteinu byly použity rhodanasy u bakterie Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans.
