The contribution was focused on comparison of different approaches used for preparation of selected GT in sufficient amount and purity for crystallographic studies. The extensive optimization cover up preparation of different types of recombinant proteins, testing of wide range of expression systems and conditions, using renaturation processes etc. |

Příspěvek byl zaměřen na porovnání rozličných přístupů použitých pro přípravu vybraných GT v dostatečném množství a čistotě pro krystalografické studie. Rozsáhlá optimalizace zahrnovala přípravu různých typů rekombinantních proteinů, testování široké škály expresních systémů a podmínek, využití reneturačních procesů atd. |
