Abstract

V originále

Flanking bases are important for formation and stability of kissing loop complexes. Extended MD study was carried out with aim to describe basic structural and dynamics properties of these bulge bases to better understand their roles.

In Czech

Studium základních vlastností volných bází v RNA kissing loop komplexech pomocí molekulové dynamiky.
