Abstract

Autoři se zaměřili na nově připravovaný trestní zákoník, jehož návrh odeslalo MS začátkem října 2007 do vlády, z pohledu toho, jak jsou v jeho rámci realizovány principy restorativní justice, jejichž faktickým projevem jsou alternativní tresty. Těžištěm příspěvku je pojednání o jednotlivých alternativních trestech se zaměřením se na peněžitý trest.

Abstract (in English)

The authors focused on the new concept of the Criminal Code, specified the concept of restorative justice. Then they dealt with alternative sanctions in the new concept of the Criminal Code and gave attention to the financial punishment.
