Abstract

The contribution presents two methods for estimation of parameters for Gause-type predator-prey model. The proposed methods do not allow to identify all of the parameters - in particular, it can not distinguish between different trophic functions - but they seem to be adequate for establishing a large time behavior of community under consideration.

Příspěvek představuje dvě metody odhadu parametrů systému dravec-kořist Gauseho typu. Přestože navržené metody neumožňují identifikovat všechny parametry (zejména nejsou schopny rozlišit různé typy trofické funkce), ukazují se jako přiměřené pro vyšetření chování zkoumaného společenstva v dlouhém časovém úseku.
