Abstract
To document further beyond earlier studies the need for a minimal 7-day record, if abnormalities indicating a risc of stroke and other severe illness greater than that of hypertension are to be picked up and reliably diagnosed in order to be treated if they are consistent upon further monitoring.

Cílem práce je dokumentovat dále za hranici předchozích studií potřebu minimálně 7-denního záznamu v případě abnormalit indikujících zvýšené riziko infarktu myokardu a dalších vážných onemocnění závažnějších než hypertenze.
