Recently, it was discovered that content of metallothionein (MT)changes with different tumour diseases such as breast cancer, melanoma, pancreas cancer etc. The changes in MT expression could be used as a prognostic marker of a tumour disease. So, investigation of the changes of MT expression at patients using simple and rapid analytical techniques is needed. The aim of this work was to develop a new rapid and highly sensitive analytic method for MT. Determination of MT was performed by modified differential pulse voltammetry in connection with adsorptive transfer stripping voltammetry. ER -
