| Studium zajmuje się historią i stanem aktualnym wybierania na urząd prezydenta w Republice Czeskiej. Analyze poddane są zasady wyborcze, zarządzanie wyborów, trzyb zgłaszania kandidatów, wymagania stawiane kandydatom, tryb wyborów, ustalanie ich ważności, kadencja i wygaśnięcie urzędu. |

| Studie zkoumá historii i současný stav provádění voleb na úřad prezydenta České republiky. Analyzovány jsou volební principy, vyhlašování voleb, způsob navrhování kandidátů, požadavky na kandidáty, způsob volby, zjišťování výsledků, volební období a jeho možná ukončení. Vše na základě rozboru praxe za období od roku 1918 do 2003. |

| Study deals with the history and contemporary regulation of holding elections to the president office in the Czech Republic. There is made analyses of such problems as e. g. electoral principles, calling elections, manner of standing for election requirements for standing for election, manner of electing, tabulation of electoral results, electoral term and its possible ways of termination. The all problems are analyzed on the basis of electoral practice since 1918 to 2003. |
