Abstract

Working paper ze zabývá způsobem organizace v oblasti nákupu, tzn. volbou mezi centralizovanou a decentralizovanou formou organizace nákupu. Pro analýzu faktorů mající na organizaci nákupu byla využita data získaná v rámci empirického šetření Centra výzkumu konkurenční schopnosti české ekonomiky. Jednalo se o faktory velikost podniku, existence IS (SCM), prostředí a strategie.

Abstract (in English)

Working paper is focused on the selection between forms of purchasing function organization, it means centralization or decentralization. To analyze the factors influencing the selection, the data from empirical research of Research centre are used. The analysed factors are: size of the company, IS existence (SCM), environment and strategy.
