Abstract
Organization of nano-scale molecules as oligodeoxynucleotides (ODN) or blood plasma proteins attached on electrode surface, which is located in liquids, is an interesting phenomenon. Thus the need to develop novel methods to detect this organization is arisen from the observation that conventional surface characterization methods and tools are observed to be un-effective when a need is to make observation from a sample in a liquid. We report results from our recent investigations, which are extended to sense organization of nano-scale molecules adhered on electrode surface. The permittivity change and the fluctuations in optical roughness of an electrode surface is investigated through an optical window of an cuvette by using the DOE sensor, when the molecules injected in the immersion liquid are adsorbed on the electrode surface.

Organisace molekul o nanorozměrech jako jsou oligodeoxynukleotidy nabo bílkoviny krevní plazmy přichycených na elektrodovém povrchu umístěném v kapalině je zajímavý jev. K jeho studiu vznikla potřeba vyvinout nové metody umožňující stanovit tuto organisaci v kapalném prostředí, kde obvyklé metody charakterisující povrchové vlastnosti jsou nepoužitelné. Pomocí difrakčního optického sensoru (DOE) jsme studovali změny permitivity a fluktuace optické drsnosti po adsorpci molekul oligodeoxynukleotidů a fibrinogenu na povrch elektrody.
