Abstract

Text obsahuje výsledky výzkumu potřeb seniorů v městě Brně. Výzkum byl realizován v rámci procesu komunitního plánování. Do vzorku dotazovaných byli zahrnuti stávající uživatelé sociálních služeb v lokalitě a dále osoby v seniorském věku, které zatím sociální služby nevyužívají. Z šetření vyplunul zájem seniorů o individuálizované služby, vyjádření obav z neodostatek služeb při ztrátě soběstačnosti a zejména velmi nízkou míru informovanosti příslušníků této cílové skupiny o možných formách pomoci.

Abstract (in English)

This text contain the results of the needs-assessment of the elderly people in Brno. The research was realized as the part of communnity planning proces. The sampl of respondents was created from the elderly people who are the users of social services in the town as well as from people over 70 yers old, who are not the user at this moment. The resume of this research is: the elderly people demand the social services wich respects their individual needs; the elderly people are concerned about the absence of quality services when their start to be depend on the help of other person; very low informedness about the social services offer.
