Abstract
The open skull base fracture has many complcations, which express oneself from 10 yy. after trauma. The tgreatment of acute or delay suergery is discussed and arguments of surgery treatment.

Otevřená fraktura baze lební má mnoho komplikací, které se projeví i za 10 let po úraze. Diskutované je řešení akutní či odložení operace a důvody chirurgické revize.
