Kontaktní ekzém a iritační dermatitida jsou popsány klinicky, histologicky, uvedeny epidemiologické údaje, jejich diagnostika, terapie a posuzování pracovní neschopnosti. Pozornost věnována významným kontaktním alergenům také v souvislosti s lokalizací ekzému a profesí pacienta.

Contact eczema and irritant dermatitis are described clinically and histologically. Epidemiological data, diagnostic procedures, treatment and criteria for the evaluation of work disability and sicknes leave are given. Attention is also paid to the important contact allergens in the context of the location of the eczema and profession of the patient.
