Abstract

Krycí materiály lze rozdělit do 3 kategorií. 1.klasická krytí, 2.hojení ran ve vlhkém prostředí (hydrokoloidy, hydrogely, polyuretanové pěny, filmy, algináty, krytí s obsahem antiseptických látek, hydrovlákna, absorpční krytí s aktivním uhlím), 3. aktivní krytí (vyhrazena pro obtížně zhojitelné ulcerace; inhibitory matrix metaloproteináz, kolagenová krytí, krytí s kyselinou hyaluronovou, růstové faktory, kožní náhrady). Výběr konkrétního krytí je dán množstvím exsudátu, vzhledem spodiny, přítomností infekce, vzhledem okolí ulcerace.

Abstract (in English)

Dressing materials can be divided in 3 groups. 1. classical materials , 2. moist wound healing (hydrocolloids, hydrogels, polyuretan foams, films, alginates, antiseptic dressings, dressings with active charcoal), 3. active dressings (for the treatment of hard to heal wounds; inhibitors of matrix metalloproteinases, collagen dressings, dressings with hyaluronic acid, growth factors, skin replacements). Selection of a dressing material depends on amount of exudate, presence of infection, appearance of ulcer base and ulcer surrounding.
