Abstract
Quality of life was evaluated in 17 patients using a special questionnaire which is divided in 6 parts aimed at pain, psychological, physical and social impact, impact on daily activities and aspects of treatment. 94% of patients reported pain connected with leg ulcers, mean pain intensity score was 4,94 (evaluating with numerical rating scale). 40% of patients reported frequent sleep disturbances, 88% restrictions in leisure activities. Social isolation was found in 75% of patients.
