Abstract

The contribution on the Conference was a presentation of the Civil Society in Europe project, which was organised by Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in ćo-operation with Universtieit van Amsterdam. 12 legal experts worked on the comparation of the own legal regulations on NGO law and put the results into the Metrix,which was prepaired by the organisators.

Abstract (in Czech)

Příspěvek na mezinárodní konferenci se týkal právního rámce a podmínek fungování neziskového sektoru, jako základu občanské společnosti a suvisejících perspektiv vývoje. Konference byla vyvrcholením a prezentací výsledků mezinárodního srovnávacího projektu Civil society in Europe, kdy experti (byla jsem jeden z nich) z 12 členských zemí EU srovnávali souvisejcí právní úpravy dle zadaných kritérií.
